How we run a Reddit presence.
Not a content factory. Not a generic AI tool. We build a custom advocate for your business, then a real operator on our team supervises it every day and keeps it honest.
What we mean by 'your advocate.'
Your advocate is a custom AI agent we build specifically for your business. We train it on your voice, your category, the communities your buyers live in, and the boundaries you don't want crossed. It doesn't sound like ChatGPT. It sounds like someone who's been in your category for years.
Behind your advocate is a named operator on our team. That person watches the account every day, learns what each community responds to, and tunes the agent when something needs to change. Not a queue. Not a roomful of interns. One person whose name you know.
A custom AI agent for your business, supervised daily.
Your advocate is a custom AI agent we build for your business. A real person on our team supervises it every day, watches what is working, catches what is not, and tunes it to fit your brand. Built per client. Daily operator supervision.
Your advocate is built for you, not pulled off a shelf. We train it on your voice, your category, the communities your buyers live in, and the things you do not want said in your name. A real operator on our team supervises it every day, deletes anything that lands wrong, and tunes the agent so it fits your brand better next week than it did this week.
Morning, midday, end-of-day.
Morning
Your advocate finds overnight threads, adds comments where there is something useful to say, and posts into the communities on your shortlist. Your operator reviews what shipped and flags anything that needs adjustment.
Midday
Your advocate engages new threads as they appear. On Pro, we monitor the inbox so nothing important slips by. We do not reply on your behalf, but we make sure you do not miss what matters.
End-of-day
Your operator reviews the day: what landed, what did not, what got removed, and what drew replies. If something went wrong, it gets deleted and logged. The monthly report comes from these daily notes.
Three months is how long it takes to do this well.
Setup, warmup, calibration
Subreddit research, persona design, keyword setup, and voice guide. We keep participation light while the account learns the room. Week 1 looks small on purpose.
Full cadence
Floor-level interactions, reply-back rhythm, keyword monitoring at full coverage. Subreddit shortlist refines based on what's actually getting traction.
Compounding reputation
Sharper thread selection, better community familiarity, and an end-of-quarter readout. Recurring threads and returning replies start to build real memory around the account.
Week 1
Week 1: introductions, low-volume helpful posts in two or three communities, voice calibration with you.
Week 12
Week 12: targeted comments in 8–15 subreddits, recognized advocate name, reputation watch surfacing things you didn't know were happening.
The monthly report.
- Sample of comments posted, with subreddit + thread + permalink.
- Threads watched but not engaged in (and why).
- High-intent threads engaged this month: what we posted, how the thread responded, and what we'd do differently next time.
- What we tried that didn't work, plainly.
- Next-month plan: communities to add, communities to drop, persona adjustments.
What we won't post. What we escalate.
We will not
In regulated categories (legal, medical, financial, immigration) we tightly scope what your advocate is allowed to discuss: education-only framing, no specific case advice, no diagnostic claims. If a comment lands somewhere it should not, we delete it.
We will not
We don't post anything that misrepresents your product, your team, or your category.
We will not
We don't enter communities whose rules forbid professional participation.
We will not
If a community removes our comment, we don't reframe and try again. We learn and move on.
We will not
Anything that needs your judgment gets escalated to you, not posted: pricing, contracts, public statements, or anything legally exposed.
