FAQThe questions we get asked

Frequently asked.

Twelve questions and direct answers. If yours isn't here, email us.

Will you get my Reddit account banned?

We work carefully to avoid this. We only manage client-authorized accounts, respect community rules, and never run mass DMs or vote-coordinate. Your advocate posts at a defensible weekly floor, not at volume, and a real operator on our team watches the account daily so problems get caught fast.

No service can promise zero suspensions on Reddit. Moderators have wide discretion and rules vary by community. What we promise is a careful operating model and honest reporting when a community is showing friction.

Do you guarantee leads or karma?

No. Anyone selling guaranteed leads or karma on Reddit is either lying or running an account model that gets banned.

We sell capacity: a custom advocate inside Reddit on your behalf, with a defensible weekly floor of managed interactions. Replies, DMs, mentions, and reputation can follow from that work, but they are not contractually guaranteed.

Do you use AI?

Yes, and we're specific about how. Your advocate is a custom AI agent we build for your business, trained on your voice, your category, the communities your buyers live in, and the boundaries you don't want crossed. It should not sound like ChatGPT.

A real operator on our team supervises your account every day, watches what is working, catches what is not, deletes anything that lands wrong, and tunes the agent based on what we observe. We do not review every comment before it ships. We do watch the account daily.

Is this a bot? Are comments posted without human review?

Your advocate is a custom AI agent, so yes, in a literal sense it posts on its own. The honest distinction is that it is not left alone. A named operator on our team watches your account every day, learns what is working in your communities, deletes anything that lands wrong, and tunes the agent's voice and behavior. We do not pre-approve every comment, but we do supervise the account daily and adjust based on what we see.

What if I'm in a regulated industry (legal, medical, financial, immigration)?

We work in regulated categories. The safety model starts with a tight scope for what your advocate is allowed to discuss: education-only framing, no specific case advice, no diagnostic claims. We watch the account every day, and if a comment lands somewhere it should not, we delete it and the agent learns from it.

Communities where professional participation is forbidden by rule, we don't enter at all. If your situation needs a different workflow, such as drafts queued for your in-house counsel before posting, that's a Custom 90-day scope, not part of Starter or Pro.

Do you own the accounts you manage?

No. Every account is yours (your founder, your team, your authorized expert persona). We operate them on your behalf with credentials you provide. If you stop working with us, the accounts stay with you.

What happens if a community removes our comments?

We don't reframe and try to sneak the same comment back in. We log it, the agent learns from it, and either we respect the community's line or stop engaging there. Removed comments are noted in your monthly report.

Can I see examples of comments you'd post?

Yes. Book a 20-minute strategy call and we'll bring two sanitized examples for your category, based on the kinds of threads that actually exist for you.

How do you decide which subreddits to engage in?

We build your subreddit shortlist during onboarding from three inputs: where your audience already is, where your category is being discussed, and which communities allow professional participation under their rules. Your shortlist gets refined every month based on what's actually getting traction.

What's your refund / cancellation policy?

Both Starter and Pro are sold as 90-day programs, paid in full upfront. Full refund within the first 14 days. After Day 14 the program is in motion and is non-refundable through Day 90. At the end of the 90 days, both sides decide whether to renew.

Why don't you guarantee comment counts?

Because the right number of comments in a given week depends on the threads that actually exist that week. Promising a fixed count rewards low-value comments written just to hit a target. That is exactly what gets accounts in trouble. We promise per-tier weekly floors (Starter 3–5, Pro 12–18) and let real opportunities push the actual number higher.
